Bike & Kit
Nick Sanders and Sjaak Lucassen did it on the R1. I’m planning on another suitably mad sportsbike. My current stede is a 2011 Suzuki GSX-R1000, it’s the bike I own so it’s the bike I’m taking.
I’ve already crossed the Sahara Desert on her back in 2012, and she’s proven to be a real workhorse. Now I’m looking at finishing the whole around the world journey on the same bike, albeit with a little less kit!

If you are really lucky Honda might give you a CG125, fuel efficient, cheap tyres, cheap spares, and easy to pick up when you drop of course!!!
